<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a white light-emitting device that emits light having no dullness with vivid color and high rendering properties, and just looks like a solar light source. <P>SOLUTION: In the light-emitting device having a first luminous body 1 emitting light of 350-430 nm, and a second luminous body 4 emitting visible light when irradiated with light from the first luminous body, the second luminous body contains a phosphor having a chemical composition of formula [1], and a phosphor having a chemical composition of formula [2].
