<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield member and a shield conductor suppressing poor connection between a first shield member and a second shield member. <P>SOLUTION: This shield member 10 includes a metal bracket 16 in which wires 14 are inserted in a flat shaped cylinder 35 composed of a pair of facing walls 37, 37 facing each other and a pair of curved walls 38, 38 linking between a pair of the facing walls 37, 37, braided wires 17 in which the wires 14 are inserted and which are externally fitted to the cylinder part 35 with its terminal part covering one end part of the cylinder part 35, and a caulking ring 18 for caulking the braided wires 17 externally fitted to the cylinder part 35 from the peripheral side thereof to fix them. In the other end part of the cylinder part 35, a protruding fringe part 36 protruding outward in the thickness direction of the curved wall 38 is formed on at least one pair of the curved walls 38, 38, and a flexible region that can be flexibly deformed outward in the diameter direction of the cylinder part 35 is formed on a pair of the facing walls 37, 37, because the protruding fringe part 36 is not formed on them. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
