<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a check valve device which is reduced in manufacturing costs by controlling a pressure loss low when a fluid passes, and reducing the number of components and simplifying a manufacturing process. <P>SOLUTION: A check valve device 1 includes: a tubular body 2; a cylindrical guide member 4 accommodated in the body and including a folded part 4b in which one end is folded inside; a valve element 3 which is accommodated in the guide member and in which the valve opening actuation limit is regulated by the folded part; and a valve seat member 5 mounted in another end of the guide member and including a valve seat 5b connected to and disconnected from the valve element; wherein while accommodating, within the body, a valve assembly 7 comprised of the guide member, the valve element and the valve seat member, either one or both side parts adjacent to a part of the body, in which the valve assembly is accommodated, are subjected to drawing compound, and thereby, the valve assembly is positioned and held within the body. The valve assembly may include a seal member 6 in a recessed groove 5c formed on an outer peripheral surface of the valve seat member, and the leakage of a fluid between an inner peripheral surface of the body and the outer peripheral surface of the valve seat member can be prevented effectively by the seal member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
