<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet feeder and an image forming device capable of replacing a roller body, without reducing work efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: This sheet feeder includes the roller body 3 having a roller core 21 having a cross section of a segmental shape and a rubber material 22 wound on the roller core 21, and roller holders 23 for supporting the roller body 3 so as to project the rubber material 22. The roller body 3 has bosses 21a projected from both side surfaces of one end part of the roller core 21, and ribs 21c formed on both side surfaces of the roller core 21. The roller holder 23 has a groove part 23a for detachably and rotatably supporting the boss 21a and a recessed part 23c for fixing the roller body 3 by locking the rib 21c of the roller body 3 rotated around the boss 21a. The groove part 23a has a rotational sliding contact part 23f for rotatably slidingly contacting the boss 21a, and a guide passage part 23e for guiding to the rotational sliding contact part 23f of the boss 21a.
