<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen printing machine and a screen printing method, capable of suppressing occurrence of a printing error, while securing a stable printing state. <P>SOLUTION: Printing work with respect to a substrate 2 is repeated. The printing work includes the steps of: carrying the substrate 2 therein (a step ST1); bringing an upper face of the substrate 2 into contact with a mask 13 (a step ST4); performing one round trip of squeezing operation in which a squeegee 33b is slid on the mask 13 in contact with the substrate 2 to transfer paste Pt on the mask 13 to the substrate 2 (a step ST7 and a step ST8); performing plate separation by separating the substrate 2 from the mask 13 (a step ST9); carrying out the substrate 2 (a step ST11); and performing mask cleaning removing the paste Pt adhered to a lower face of the mask 13 (a step ST12). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
