<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a current detection error due to a clearance (play) between a housing and a magnetic body core, abnormal sound, and wearing, in a current detector for detecting a current passing through a bus bar. <P>SOLUTION: A current detector 1 is provided with an insulation housing 40 composed of a body member 41 which is a resin member integrally molded with a magnetic body core 10 and a current detecting bus bar 30 by insert-molding, and a cover member 42 for blocking an opening of the body member 41. The current detecting bus bar 30 has a rod-shaped penetrating portion 31 and two terminal portions 33. The body member 41 is formed with a core fixing portion 43 which covers the periphery of the penetrating portion 31 of the current detecting bus bar 30 and fills a clearance between the penetrating portion 31 of the current detecting bus bar 30 and an inner edge portion of the magnetic body core 10. In addition, the body member 41 is formed with an element supporting portion 44 ranging to the core fixing portion 43, and forming a space 441 in which a hall element 20 is fitted at a gap portion 12 of the magnetic body core 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
