<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health appliance which is a beauty appliance imparting gel including a flexible property and ultrasonic vibration energy to a skin, allows introduction of a high polymer oil-soluble or water-soluble component, realizes a beautiful skin and a beautiful face, is a treatment appliance for external application to the skin making medicinal components be efficiently absorbed inside the skin by use of the gel and an ionization device, and has structure ionizing water-soluble vitamins or the like hardly absorbed into the skin in normal external application coating, and infiltrating the ionized vitamins or the like into the skin by a current, though there have been various kinds of appliances coping with symptoms of aging. <P>SOLUTION: This health appliance includes: a protective sheet which is made of a silicone sheet and surrounds a region of a body; a gel layer provided outside the protective sheet; and a pressure-sticking implement pressure-sticking the protective layer and the gel layer to the region of the body.
