<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device that ensures fixability without reducing process speed in fixing a toner image onto a recording member even if the toner weight is large, and prevents a change in color on the toner surface, and to provide an image forming device. <P>SOLUTION: The fixing device 40 includes: a sheet conveying device L2 that conveys a sheet P with a toner image formed thereon; laser irradiation means L1 for irradiating the toner image formed on the sheet P with laser light; a fixation control part 602 that controls light irradiation by the laser irradiation means L1; and a condenser lens 201 for condensing the laser light emitted from the laser irradiation means L1, on the sheet P. The fixation control part 602 controls light output per unit area of the sheet P, while keeping constant light output emitted from the laser irradiation means L1, according to the toner weight per unit area of the sheet P. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
