<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change the posture of a sheet-like body through single operation. <P>SOLUTION: A medium receiving device 50 is installed on a floor surface through a stand 10, and receives a medium discharged from a recording device 100. The medium receiving device includes: a sheet-like body 2 which receives the discharged medium; a first restraint member 3 which restrains a medium-discharge-direction front end of the sheet-like body; a second restraint member 6 which restrains a medium-discharge-direction rear end of the sheet-like body; a first arm 7 which is fitted to the stand turnably on one end; a first direction change member 4 which is fitted to the other end of the first arm, and changes a direction in which the sheet-like body extends while applying tension to the sheet-like body; a guide member 11 which is fitted to the stand; and a second direction change member 5 which is movable along the guide member, and changes the direction in which the sheet-like body extends while applying tension to the sheet-like body. The first or second restraint member or first direction change member is moved, thereby the second direction change member moves in conjunction with the above movement, so that the sheet-like body changes in posture. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
