<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eaves-back structure having fire preventive and resistive performance which can be configured to satisfy a fire preventive and resistive performance test without using a special material and technique and can make a fascia board part excellent in designability. <P>SOLUTION: An eave soffit ventilation material 9 is disposed in a clearance between an exterior wall material 8 and a fascia board substrate material 10. The thickness of the fascia board substrate material 10 is 30 mm or more, and the thickness of a decorative material 11 for covering the fascia board substrate material 10 is 16 mm or more. The eave soffit ventilation material 9 comprises: an oblong back plate 12; a belt-like thermal expansion material 14 which is fixed to the inside surface of back plate 12; a ventilation surface 15 which is formed with vent holes and extends diagonally upward from the inside surface bottom part of the back plate 12; a facing wall 16 which is formed by bending and extending the end of the ventilation surface 15 in the vertical direction; and a fixing plate 20 which is formed on the outside surface bottom part of the back plate 12 so as to extend in the horizontal direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
