<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition with which a resin thin film with fully satisfactory gas barrier properties and abrasion resistance is easily formed even when subjected to a heat drying step. <P>SOLUTION: The resin composition contains a polyester (A), a resin (B) other than the polyester (A), and a charge transport material (C). The polyester (A) is obtained by a reaction of a polybasic acid, a polyhydric alcohol, and a stopper forming a terminal of the polyester (A) with one another.
