PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an incombustible sheet is provided to improve incombustible properties by depositing a fiber nonwoven fabric on a flame-retardant resin sheet. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an incombustible sheet is as follows. A flame-retardant melted material(400) flowing down in a flat plate shape is supplied to a gap between processing rollers(100,100'). A fiber nonwoven fabric(600) is supplied to one side of the gap, and a thermal transfer print paper is supplied to the other side. The flame-retardant melted material is extruded through an extruder(300) in which a T-die(200) is attached. The temperature of resin is maintained with 100~300°C so that patterns the thermal transfer print paper can be imprinted on the resin. |
