The device has a bed thermoregulation system (1) and a light production system (2), where a monitoring system (3) varies temperature of the thermoregulation system until the temperature reaches predetermined memorized temperature, and luminosity of the production system until the luminosity reaches predetermined memorized luminosity, gradually and in a coordinated manner. The production system is arranged to produce sounds and flavors, gradually according to intensities, durations and natures of progressive variation.
