The method involves realizing a holding unit (3) on a side (13) of a part to be punched, and realizing a displacement unit on another side of the part to be punched, where the latter side lies opposite to the former side. The part is held in position by application of the holding unit. The part is stamped to form a finished punched part (1b). The displacement unit comprises a deformable arm of a fastener (21). The latter side of the part is connected with two bands using a deformation unit. The punched part is placed between the bands that are parallel to one another.
