The element (2) has circular openings (5, 5a) formed for a passage of air flow, where the element is traversed by a light beam generated by a light source i.e. LED. The light source is installed in internal volume that is delimited by the transparent element and a case of a lighting and/or signaling device (1). A ventilation device is installed through the openings. The openings are formed at a level of a deformation part of the transparent element. A cover (4) is provided in the deformation part to cover the openings. An independent claim is also included for a car.
