The case has a set of panels (4) containing screens (2), and another set of panels containing solar panels (1) and batteries (3) i.e. solar batteries. The screens e.g. LED or LCD screens, are made of PVC material and illuminated by red LED (9) for advertisements. The panels are made of plastic and formed of composite parts, which are detachable to facilitate access to the screens, the solar panels and the batteries. The screens, the solar panels and the batteries are connected with each other by sockets (5) or universal serial bus (USB)plug (6). An independent claim is also included for a device for tracking and receiving messages to change advertising or promotional messages instantaneously depending on a location of a motorcyclist.
