<p>The device has a power source e.g. electric motor or thermal engine, connected to an end of a tubular casing (10). A drive cable (12) is connected to the power source and extended through the casing. A cutting element e.g. blade or cutting wire, is located at another end of the casing and connected to the cable for being rotated by the cable. A positioning tube (20) is axially arranged in the casing, and includes an annular sleeve (21) with two parallel rib portions (22). Each rib portion has two ends comprising flexible ribs (23) that are in contact with inner periphery (101) of the casing.</p> |
