The clothing i.e. tee-shirt, has a flat pocket (1) affixed on the clothing having two openings. One opening is present outside the clothing to make insulin bolus, and the other opening is accessible from interior of the clothing to inwardly install an insulin pump (2) in the pocket. A pipe conveys insulin on an abdominal belt of a diabetic patient. The pocket is bent on a back side of the clothing, and points of seam are visible as the flap pocket. A front part of the clothing is closed by a flap.
