A vent plate for an exterior wall of a building includes a plate body that has a first face facing the exterior wall, a second face facing away from the exterior wall, and one or more holes extending between the first face and the second face for receiving piping. One or more seals are positioned about the one or more holes and seal against the outer diameter of the piping received in the holes. A flexible sheet of weather resistant material extends outward from the first face of the plate body.
