<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve measurement accuracy of axle weight by enhancing noise attenuation effect of vibration noise applied to a load sensor, and to reduce cost. <P>SOLUTION: As load sensors, three or more wheel load sensors on each of which only one side wheel of right and left wheels is placed to measure weight of the wheel are used.
