<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bright, power-saving, high-efficiency projector realizing substantial reduction of an amount of fossil fuel used and friendly to global environment, making use of good lamp efficiency, coping with shortcomings of a metal halide lamp as an ultimate lamp. <P>SOLUTION: Metal halide lamps for automobile use recently developed and overwhelmingly popular in numbers and price are used for a heavy and large metal halide projector of a large current such as 400 W or 1,000 W, overcoming drawbacks of the metal halide lamp said to be an ultimate lamp. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
