<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the cost reduction of a locking device for locking various kinds of traveling bodies for conveyance precisely at a fixed stop position, and to enhance the strength for a shock to the device for conveying an object to be conveyed. <P>SOLUTION: An interlock means 15 interlocks and connects a pair of clamping pieces 14a and 14b to perform opening/closing motion by mutually being interlocked with each other, and the clamping pieces can be opened and closed to clamp a held part 11 of the traveling body for conveyance. A drive arm 17 driven in clockwise/counterclockwise rotation within a fixed range by an output shaft 18c of an electric motor and one clamping piece 14a is connected with a drive link 16 by a reduction gear. When the drive arm 17 is positioned at one end of the fixed range, the drive arm 17 and the drive link 16 may be bent mutually so that the pair of clamping pieces 14a and 14b release the held part 11, and when the drive arm 17 reaches the other end of the fixed range, the drive arm 17 and the drive link 16 are aligned in series with each other on a straight line so that the pair of clamping pieces 14a and 14b clamp the held part 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
