<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a bottom wall connected to a body frame to be easily bent and inserted in a box, and enable assembling even by use of a thick corrugated board. <P>SOLUTION: In a cushioning material made of a corrugated board in which a body frame 1 in a rectangular tube shape is formed by overlapping an outer face part 2 and an inner face part 3, respective side walls 4 of the body frame 1 is formed such that the outer face part 2 and a side board 5 of the inner face part 3 are connected via a fold line 6 on the upper end and adjacent side boards 5 are connected via a fold line 7, and a bottom wall 8 for receiving an article from the lower side is formed by overlapping bottom boards 9 extended from a lower end of the side board 5, adjacent bottom boards 9 of the bottom wall 8 are connected via a connection part 11, the outer face part 2, the inner face part 3 and the bottom wall 8 of the body frame 1 are folded back so that they are rolled together from the folded flat state, the connection part 11 of the bottom wall 8 is cut, and by returning the folding of the bottom board 9 to the horizontal direction, the cushioning material is assembled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
