摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network communication system that allows the utilization of the speaker information of a plurality of conference devices by acquiring the information almost in real time without constituting a large-scale system. <P>SOLUTION: Sound emission/collection devices 11A-11D are interconnected via a voice data communication network 201 and mix voice data inputted via the voice data communication network 201, emitting sounds to conference participants around each device after. The devices transmit voice data collected by the devices without via a control server 10 to the other sound emission/collection devices via the voice data communication network 201. The control server 10 is connected with each of the sound emission/collection device 11A-11D via a control data communication network 202 so as to make a request for detection of a speaker. Each sound emission/collection device detects a speaker in response to the request for the detection of the speaker from the control server 10 and transmits speaker detection data to the control server 10 via the control data communication network 202.
