<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid state seasoning having a miso flavor, capable of being used without having troubles in preparing a miso flavor cooking such as a rice ball, etc., having the miso flavor. <P>SOLUTION: This liquid state seasoning is prepared by using materials such as <1> approximately 45% miso containing a seasoning, <2> approximately 23% natural water, <3> approximately 20% liquid seasoning (containing a bonito flavor seasoning) and <4> approximately 12% fermented seasoning, and by adding a little water into the miso in a mortar, kneading until becoming pasty, and then adding the rest of the natural water and seasonings. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
