摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored composition which can provide a colored radiation-sensitive composition that has excellent heat resistance, causes no color change, and is excellent in developability and that has no developing residue on a board and a pixel of another color.

SOLUTION: A colored composition for a color filter contains (A) polymer having a dye skeleton, and (B) organic solvent. And, 1 mass% or less of a monomer component having an unreacted dye skeleton capable of forming the (A) polymer having a dye skeleton is contained with respect to the (A) polymer having a dye skeleton.
