<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting element including a plurality of layers having a light-emitting function between a negative electrode and a positive electrode, and capable of making a desired layer, out of these plurality of layers having a light-emitting function, emit light selectively or dominantly over a long time, and to provide a display device and an electronic apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A light-emitting element 1R includes a blue light-emitting function layer 5B provided between a positive electrode 3R and a negative electrode 8, and a red light-emitting function layer 5R provided between the positive electrode 3R and the blue light-emitting function layer 5B. The light-emitting element 1R further includes, between the blue light-emitting function layer 5B and the red light-emitting function layer 5R, a carrier selection layer 46 consisting of a laminate where a hole transport layer 43, a diffusion adjustment layer 44 and a first electron injection layer 61 are laminated, in this order, from the blue light-emitting function layer 5B side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
