<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply share dose information among radiation imaging systems with different specifications. <P>SOLUTION: A calculating section 46 of a console 14b of a second X-ray imaging system 2b converts the optimum dose of a first X-ray imaging system 2a to the optimum dose for the second X-ray imaging system 2b based on: a first specification information 30a of a first X-ray imaging system 2a including a DQE which is a sensitivity of the detecting panel of an electronic cassette 13b, a distance SID between an X-ray source 10b and an imaging face, and a kind of an intermediate member arranged between the X-ray source 10b and the imaging face of the detecting panel; specification information (second specification information) 30b of the second X-ray image system 2b; and absorbing rate information 50 of the intermediate member to X-ray or visual light.
