<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel with little heat deformation at a touch panel manufacturing process, with excellent alignment or patterning accuracy at bonding base materials, and with few curls, even if a film base material is used as a base material of the touch panel, and to provide a manufacturing method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A touch panel for a touch sensitive type display device includes a laminate body formed by bonding at least two film base materials with a transparent conductive film layer. One of the two film base materials has a first translucent electrode in X direction on the surface thereof, and the other of the two film base materials has a second translucent electrode in Y direction orthogonal to the X direction on the surface thereof. The two film base materials are of the same material and thickness, and laminated such that the one and the other of the two film base materials are rotated at an angle of 1-90 degrees with each other in film formation direction in a planar state in the laminate body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
