<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrochemical device capable of promptly and certainly resolving a phenomenon of decreasing electrolyte amount even when the phenomenon is generated at a part between both electrode sheets on a separate sheet. <P>SOLUTION: An electrochemical device 10 is equipped with a power storage element 13 composed of a first electrode sheet 13a, a second electrode sheet 13b, and a separate sheet 13c interposed between both electrode sheets 13a and 13b. The separate sheet 13c has a high liquid-absorbing degree portion 13c1 (a first part) having first thickness between both electrode sheets 13a and 13b; a low liquid-absorbing degree portion 13c2 (a second part) having second thickness larger than the first thickness, and bulging to the outside from both electrode sheets 13a and 13b; and a third part provided on at least a part of a surface of the low liquid-absorbing degree portion 13c2, and contacting with an outside surface of the electrode sheet 13a or 13b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
