PURPOSE: A DC(direct current) power state display apparatus is provided to simply display a grounding state of DC power in low costs and to offer convenience in DC power maintenance. CONSTITUTION: DC power(10) of a charger provides potential difference between an anode terminal and a cathode terminal as power voltages. A power state display unit(20) displays a normal power supply state of the DC power. A grounding state measurement unit(30) measures power between a power terminal and a ground terminal and transmits data to a grounding state display unit by determining the grounding state. The grounding state measurement unit determines a grounding state between the anode terminal and the cathode terminal. A grounding state display unit displays the grounding state of the DC power determined from the grounding state measurement unit.
