<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component packaging line and a component packaging method that do not require a complicated substrate supply system and can simultaneously execute screen printing on different types of substrates in synchronization with one another. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided two screen printing machines 11A and 11B each of which has a substrate feed-in unit 12 into which a substrate 4 is fed from the upstream side of a component packaging line 3, a print executing unit 13 for executing printing on the feed-in substrate 4, a substrate feed-out unit 14 for feeding out the printed substrate 4 to the downstream side of the component packaging line, and a substrate moving stage 15 which receives the feed-in substrate 4 and performs positioning of the substrate 4 with respect to the print executing unit 13 and movement of the printed substrate 4 to the substrate feed-out unit 14. The two substrate feed-in units 12, the two print executing units 13 and the two substrate feed-out units 14 are respectively disposed to be symmetrical with respect to a vertical symmetrical plane S extending in the feeding direction of the substrate 4 of the component mounting line 3, and the print executing unit 13 is disposed farther away from the vertical symmetrical plane S than the substrate feed-out unit 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
