<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbo-compressor which can be installed even in a narrow place, including a blowoff silencer, and which can sufficiently reduce noises when unused and compressed exhaust gas is discharged into outside air. <P>SOLUTION: The turbo-compressor includes a cabinet 1 in which a compressor body 2 is installed in an upper portion, and the blowoff silencer 12 which is detachably built in the cabinet 1. The blowoff silencer 12 has an exhaust gas channel 15 which includes an exterior wall portion 13 and an interior wall portion 14 made of a punching metal arranged along the exterior wall portion 13 on the inside of the exterior wall portion 13. The exhaust gas channel 15 is a channel which is bent in a U-shape and which leads to an exhaust port 17, positioned below an introduction port 16, from the introduction port 16 subject to the introduction of the exhaust gas from the compressor body 2; a cross-sectional area of the channel is set larger on the side of the exhaust port 17 than on the side of the introduction port 16; and a space between the exterior wall portion 13 and the interior wall portion 14 is filled with glass wool 19. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
