<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for manufacturing a tank that is useful for preventing high Vf (Volume fraction of fiber) of a fiber-reinforced resin layer formed at an outer circumference of a liner. <P>SOLUTION: A FW (filament winding) apparatus 100 adjusts a winding tension at winding fibers so as to correspond to a heating state (rate of temperature rise) set by a heat-curing oven 200 for heat-curing at a post process in winding resin-impregnated carbon fibers W around the liner 10. The winding tension adjusting is performed at a tension adjusting unit 142 such that the larger the rate of temperature rise is, the smaller the winding tension becomes. Accordingly, the resin-impregnated carbon fibers W are wound to the outer circumference of the liner 10 at the winding tension adjusted by a tension adjusting unit 142 and thereby the fiber-reinforced resin layer 20 is formed and intermediary tank 12 can be obtained. The intermediary tank 12 thus obtained is heated under the heating state (rate of temperature rise) set by the heat-curing oven 200 and heat-cured, and a high-pressure hydrogen tank 30 is obtained after cool curing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
