<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal energy releasing system that can efficiently release thermal energy. <P>SOLUTION: A fluid inlet/outlet port 1011 of a heating device 101 communicates with a fluid inlet/outlet port 3012 and a fluid inlet/outlet cover 1010 through the other pipe 301. A fluid inlet/outlet port 1012 of the heating device 101 communicates with an external space 103 of a natural heat storage body 100 through a fluid inlet/outlet port 4011 or a fluid inlet/outlet port cover part 1010 of one pipe 401. The other pipe 301 is provided with a bending part 108 for temporarily holding a part of the heat exchange fluid 104. The heat exchange fluid 104 flowing in the heating device 101 formed of a high heat conductive material flows through the other pipe 301, the bending part 108, and the one pipe 401 after receiving heat from the natural heat storage body 100, and then releases thermal energy to the external space 103.
