<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement precise DC power supply control without requiring special device configurations on photovoltaic apparatus, storage battery and load sides. <P>SOLUTION: A DC power supply control device 10 arranged between a photovoltaic apparatus 20, storage battery 40 and DC power system power supply 30, and a load 50 includes: maximum power point tracking control means 11 disposed between the photovoltaic apparatus 20 and the load 50 to perform maximum power point tracking control on the photovoltaic apparatus 20; charge/discharge control means 12 disposed between the storage battery 40 and the load 50 to control charging/discharging of the storage battery 40; and output voltage detection means 13 connected in parallel with the load 50 to detect an output voltage to the load 50. When the detected output voltage increases, the charge/discharge control means 12 starts to charge the storage battery 40 with surplus power generated by the photovoltaic apparatus 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
