<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a file that makes it possible to easily confirm identification information without increasing a work burden. <P>SOLUTION: In the file 1, a flat bag type clear file 6 in which a first document P1 is stored is provided on the outer surface 2b of a cover part 2. The clear file 6 covers the outer surface 2b of the cover part 2, and an extended edge portion 43 on a top side extends more on an outer side from the outer surface 2b from the top edge portion 23 of the cover part 2, and then an extended edge portion 42 on an end side extends more on the outside from the outer surface 2b from the end edge portion 22 of the cover part 2.
