<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine in which game balls smoothly passes through an exit passage by installing a regulation body in a ball receiving tray and in which the regulation body can be supported without reducing the ball storing region of the ball receiving tray. <P>SOLUTION: The game machine includes a reel device for variably displaying symbols, wherein the variable display of symbols starts by taking in with a take-in unit a prescribed number of game balls stored in an upper tray 151 and by operating a start lever. In the upper tray 151, there are installed guide passages 171-173 for arraying and guiding game balls toward the take-in unit. Also, in the upper tray 151, there is installed a second cover member 158 so that no game balls are stacked in the guide passages 171-173.
