PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to adequately set pieces of independent transmission timing to frequency bands of a plurality of up-links in a communication system comprising a plurality of mobile station devices and a base station device.

SOLUTION: A mobile station device measures reception quality of a downlink of a non-connection cell which is a cell not used for transmission and reception of a data channel, measures the difference of reception timing between a reception signal of the non-connection cell the reception quality of which has been measured and a reception signal of a connection cell which is a cell used for transmission and reception of the data channel, determines whether or not the difference of reception timing is equal to or more than a prescribed time, and transmits either of information indicating that the difference of reception timing is equal to or more than the described time or information indicating the connection cell about which the difference of reception timing is within the prescribed time based on the determination, and information indicating the reception quality.
