The pole shoes (22,23) are arranged at two poles of the magnet, and are mutually spaced from each other for amplifying the holding force exerted at the base surface. The terminals of the pole shoes are connected to a charging device (4) used for charging the electronic device (3). The pole shoes and the magnet are electrically insulated from each other.
