<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an induction heating cooker capable of detecting a position of a pot with accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: An induction heating cooker comprises: a placing position detector determining a placing position of a heated object 9 at a heating port on the basis of a difference between detection values of a plurality of temperature detection devices; and a controller 13 controlling a drive circuit 10 so as to vary a high-frequency current to be supplied to a plurality of heating coils. The plurality of temperature detection devices are configured by: one or more contact type temperature sensors 20 contacting with a lower surface of a top plate 2 and detecting a temperature of the top plate 2; and one or more infrared sensors 30 detecting an infrared ray emitted from the heated object 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
