<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-gas sensor capable of measuring NO<SB POS="POST">X</SB>concentration and ammonia concentration with one gas sensor, and to provide a gas sensor control device. <P>SOLUTION: A multi-gas sensor 200 is provided with a NO<SB POS="POST">X</SB>sensor part 30A comprising: a first pumping cell 2 which includes a pair of first electrodes 2b and 2c disposed inside and outside a first measurement chamber S1 and provided on a first solid electrolyte layer 2a and pumps out or pumps in oxygen from or to a measuring object gas introduced into the first measurement chamber; and a second pumping cell 4 which includes a pair of second electrodes 4b and 4c disposed inside and outside an NO<SB POS="POST">X</SB>measurement chamber S2 communicating with the first measurement chamber and provided on a second solid electrolyte layer 4b, and in which the pair of second electrodes carry a second pumping current Ip2 corresponding to the NO<SB POS="POST">X</SB>concentration in the measuring object gas which has flowed from the first measurement chamber to the NO<SB POS="POST">X</SB>measurement chamber and has an adjusted oxygen concentration. The multi-gas sensor 200 is also provided with an ammonia sensor part 42 which includes at least a pair of electrodes 40a and is formed on the outer surface of the NO<SB POS="POST">X</SB>sensor part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
