<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the tensile strength and appearance quality of a handlebar while adopting a patch structure for mounting the handlebar via patches to a plate member. <P>SOLUTION: While adopting the patch structure for welding and fixing to a plate member 19 mounting parts 18, 18 bent and formed on both sides in the longitudinal direction of a handlebar 16, through-holes 23, 23 are provided in the plate member 19, patch plates 20, 20 are mounted to the reverse of the plate member 19 with intermittent welding in the state of blocking the through-holes 23, 23 at the reverse side, and both side mounting parts 18, 18 of the handlebar 16 are mounted to the patch plates 20, 20 in the through-holes 23, 23 at the surface side with all-round welding. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
