摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copper alloy sheet material which is suitable for a connector, a terminal material, a relay, a switch or the like for vehicle installations, and a lead frame, the connector, the terminal material or the like for electric-electronic equipment, is low in the deflection coefficient in the direction perpendicular to the rolling direction, is excellent in bendability and has excellent strength. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a copper alloy containing 0.5-5.0 mass% in total of one or more of Ni and Co, 0.1-1.5 mass% of Si, and the remainder consisting of Cu and inevitable impurities. In the copper alloy sheet material, the area ratio of the cube orientation ä100}<001> is 5% or more, and the area rate of the NDRDW orientation ä012}<221> is 10% or less in the crystal orientation analysis in the measurement by the EBSD method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
