An organic light-emitting panel containing a barrier film which is formed on the resin layer and inhibits moisture from entering from the resin layer, and an organic light-emitting element which is arranged on the barrier film and comprises a light-emitting functional layer and a first and second electrode sandwiching the light-emitting functional layer, wherein the barrier film has an air passage acting as an indicator indicating the deterioration of the organic light-emitting element.
