The invention provides a transdermal patch that has sufficient adhesiveness but causes little skin irritation when applied to the skin, has good cutaneous permeability by risperidone or a salt thereof, and shows sufficient percutaneous absorption. Specifically, by means of a transdermal patch wherein an adhesive layer supporting a drug is formed on a substrate, the adhesive layer comprises a thermoplastic elastomer, a liquid component in an amount that exceeds 300 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the elastomer, and risperidone or a salt thereof, and when the patch contains an adhesion imparting agent, the content thereof is no more than 10 wt% of the adhesive layer.
