<p>The radial rotary shaft oil seal structure (1) has a carrier portion (2) which is connected with an elastomer portion (3). A sealing lip portion (4) is provided in the elastomer portion. The sealing lip portion is connected with a counter-bearing surface of a cylindrical surface. A spring (5) is arranged in the sealing lip portion. The spring force is applied on the sealing lip portion through a magnetic insert portion (6) which is made of plastic material.
