A guiding device is arranged at the rotor blade, and stays in effective fluid connection with the collecting device, where the air is guided along the rotor blade through the guiding device. The collecting device is connected with the rotor in a torque-proof manner, where an axis of the collecting device is oriented parallel and coaxial to a rotational axis (21) of the rotor.
