<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording apparatus capable of facilitating work, reducing the number of steps by manual work, shortening a working time, eliminating any calculation mistake of a worker by automatic calculation in the apparatus, and selecting a particle usage rate so as to enable the printing of excellent quality. <P>SOLUTION: In the inkjet recording apparatus, when executing the printing on an object to be printed, the overall printing width of an actual print to be printed on the object can be set on an operation panel. Furthermore, the actual printing width can be set by the millimeter unit. Furthermore, the expiration date, the manufacturing lot number, the step number of printing character strings, the font size, and the conveying speed of a conveyor for conveying the object are input on an input screen of the operation panel.
