<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an overshoot in which an output voltage oscillates beyond a target voltage even when using an organic semiconductor capacitor, and prevent high frequency noise generation before the output voltage reaches the target voltage. <P>SOLUTION: In converting an input voltage Vin to an output voltage Vout via an organic semiconductor capacitor C2, a switching power supply device 20 feeds the output voltage Vout back to a switching power supply control section 13 via voltage dividing resistors R3, R2, and performs switching control of regulating the frequency of the input voltage to the capacitor C2 in accordance with the level of the feedback voltage. A power inductor L2 is connected on an input side of the capacitor C2 such that the power inductor L2 and the capacitor C2 form an LC filter, and an RC circuit of a resistor R4 and a capacitor C5 is provided on an input side of the power inductor L2 to feed back the voltage switching-controlled by the control section 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
